Purchased months ago (along w/pottery signed by same artist).
Finally framed in a frame that I like.
When I removed it from the original frame I was surprised to see her color palette and another signature at the right bottom. Glad she did that.....helped me solve this and the pottery.
Based on the dates of the pottery '72 and this '06 I'm guessing someone knew her personally or really liked her work.
Hey! That's pretty darn cool! When I paint or pencil, which has been a long time, but that's what I do...I know I'm no famous painter but it's really cool to see!
shareurpassion I thought it was cool also.......took the hard work of researching away. I plan to hang this above a table w/ her pottery sitting on it and some old books I have picked up here and there.
A great pastel there - nice you have her ceramics too!
