This gentleman, Mr. Parker as they had Caption him in the original Photo Album appeared to be an very important man. His photographs show him traveling and working in and around China back in the early to mid 1930's. Any help with the buildings in the picture would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know what the name is of the statue in the first picture, or exactly where these photo's were taken!
