Candy Stripe Art Glass Bud Vase / Unknown Maker and Age

I was cleaning up the trunk a bit and found this hiding in my little basket in the car I use for breakables. I think it came from GW. It's a nice candy stripe pattern bud vase about 8 in. tall. The top is ruffled with a red interior. There is a bit of a pontil on the bottom which is probably why I bought it. Figured it was hand made and quite pretty to boot ! -Mike-
