This post is actually some kind of a preview, as I'm sharing today one of the new items purchased for our new studio. This sconce was made by the Dutch lamp brand RAAK I guess in the 1960s. I know nothing about who could design them, so if there's any Raak specialist here I'd we so thankful if I can get some info on the subject.
We were lucky to find five of them, two in a small shop in Bilbao and three in one of our favourite antique shops in El Rastro, in Madrid, so you can see three of them in the studio and the other two in the storage/dressing room -not a dressing room like the fancy ones one can find in magazines, just a small room linking the corridor and the bedroom/library where there's a space reserved for storing paintings plus two Ikea PAX wardrobes and my old oak “art nouveau-ish” armoire- ).
We've still got room for one more wall lamp in the library/living room... not sure what will be done about it... maybe another similar Raak sconce if we find it? A crazy Art Nouveau lamp perhaps? We'll just let it happen”. Whenever we think we've run into the right lamp we'll know it.
The place is still quite empty. As a matter of fact I think the works will be fully completed next Monday!!!

Thanks to Solver's help I'can now say these sconces are the OCTAVO model by Raak. The lamp (model C-1542 in Raak's production) was designed in the late 1970s and in 1980 it got the iF product design award in Germany. It has no known designer, but was designed by Raak's creative team.
Thanks Solver for your huge help!!!!
