I believe its a fenton canary yellow swirl candy dish that glows with even the lowest black light you could find.
I also have a what I think is a cranberry swirl one also but it doesn't glow.

I have this in blue, thought it was an ashtray. Am trying to find information on it now.

It is a fenton swirl ashtray,i now have it in yellow,blue and cranberry.yellowis the only one that glows under a black light.
