This is from circa 1973 plus or minus 2 years. It was originally released in the "The Search For The Stolen Idol Set". 1973 it was sold by itself through 1977. The clear plastic canopy had a yellowish canopy in the last couple years.
There is a black button to push behind the cockpit to make the propeller blades turn, got it going pretty fast but you have to pretend it flies.
The winch behind the cockpit raises and lowers by truning the black knob. It works pretty well.
This wraps up the Adventure Team portion of the GI Joes. Next we go back to the military figures. Only about 6 more posts to go until the big finish for the GI Joes.

I think I should share my Geyperman (GI Joe's equivalent in Spain) with their very Spanish uniforms... I think there are only four of them (fireman, police, legionario and guardia civil) but I'm sure you will love them!
