Vannes le Châtel Doughnut Candle Holder

The first of my new postings (yes it is clear glass) is this pretty round double candle holder marked Vannes Le Châtel. This one is reasonably common but I have been waiting for one in mint (with a hole!) condition at the right price.
It is around 13cm (5") in diameter so using my french glass calculator this one would be a size Small. I will be posting a few "heliport" sized ones later for Karen!
