    This pitcher is decorated with sgraffito decoration type This type of decor enters Bulgarian pottery in the 12th century and is borrowed from the Byzantine (Roman Empire). In fact this type of decor first appeared in Persia in the 9th or 10th century and comes from where. This type of decor reached its zenith in the 13th and 14th century in Byzantium and Bulgaria.Masterpieces of this pottery from 13th and 14th centuries are highly valued by all the world's museum! This type of decoration is produced in Bulgarian pottery to the late 19th century. Pitcher of images produced in the second half of the 19th century.
