Indiana Glass made this 'Harvest' pattern for their Colony line of glass in the 1950s.
My gran has the milk glass one, I seem to remember that I had one in green glass, could be mistaken, though.
Ha, yes, just looked, I have it in green glass! Will post the two now. :)
