    In 1844 CELETINE BAUME started making pocket watches for the NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIAN markets under the brands of WATERLOO,DIVIKO and SIRDAR,so technically speaking,these brands are from the BAUME & MERCIER stables,this is a circa 1910 model,made in gun metal and gold trimming with an enamel dial.
