This was built from 1961 Popular Science plans they were scaled up to produce this 54" inch long beauty .It has a fiberglass hull that is chock full of ancient vacuum tube radio control gear . In order to purchase this model it took almost two years of emails ,with 17 months of cryptic three word replies from the seller before I even got a picture of it ! .I plan on finding a tube transmitter for it .
