I found these scissors at an estate sale. I found them to be cute and unique. I've been trying to find the maker for months now. What I've learned is that they are most likely Victorian Grape Scissors. I've also learned that even though they are unmarked the center rivet is a good indication of the maker and era. I think that they might be from Joseph Taylor. I believe this because Joseph Taylor is known for not hallmarking his scissors. Further he is known for the handles of his scissors have
deeply embossed designs on both sides including flowers and fruits.
Can anyone help me narrow this down any further or confirm that my assertions are correct.
