My family just inherited this lamp and I was wondering if anyone know's when it's from, if the glass chimney is original to this lamp, or what is special about it? I've found similar bottoms online, but no complete piece. I'm hoping my mom let's me have it for all this research I'm doing on her behalf. Thanks in advance.
It's very difficult to say that the shade is original to the lamp. The 5" shade holder looks like it was original to the lamp so why not the shade. Speaking of this shade, she is a BEAUTY and the etching is just fabulous. This BH ( Bradley & Hubbard) brass lamp font was used in a hanging lamp and it sat in a ring that held it around the centre ring of the lamp. You can probably find a proper chimney, harp and smoke bell for it. It's a very nice lamp. BOB
