Hi all. Well I picked these up recently a they were in with a bunch of vintage costume jewellery we wanted. My wife does vintage fairs and specialises in old ceramics, mainly deco and pressed glass, and also vintage costume jewellery from 20s - 60s. So sometimes we accumulate items that don't fit in with that and we sell them on to fund the (very small!) enterprise. These are one such item, but I wondered if anyone might know a date and name for these? I had a feeling that Kirks Folly items had names. They are signed twice, on the clip and on the back of the actual earring. Don't know if that helps with date or not?

Thought I best clarify something. I have searched every listing on ebay, every listing on etsy and every image of Google and these do not show up. Just incase someone advises to do that!
Yes, I've had a couple older ones before but these I cannot find anywhere. You would think that they would be very uncomfortable and annoying to wear!
I was thinking these were newer too. But you say they are clip? You might be able to tell that I don't shop in the stores much...well, thrift stores maybe haha...so I supposed they do still make the clip earrings. Personally, I've never been able to wear them, they do hurt me.
I like these tho, they are different.
Given the wear to the backs of these I'm guessing they are probably older. But in reality I have no idea!
