i picked up this really pretty hand-colored engraving on ebay a few wks ago and i think it's really beautiful! i wonder when it was made? it's a miniature, i assume.

It looks very inspired by Canaletto's Palazzo Ducale painting... What size is it?
the picture itself is 4.5" x 2.25 inches. the frame makes it 8" x 6.75".
it does look very similar to Canaletto's Palazzo Ducale. i bet it is a print of his work! thanks jensen!
