Daishin RC 1:24 ? scale Plastic vs Corgi 272 1:35 scale. Unfortunately Corgi jr was not available for comparison. Daishin looks same as Galoob version that was also RC. I have not seen Galoob version to check detail. Eventually the Mego version will be added to collection.

Ertl made a nice 1/18 scale you can add also.

I had a 75 Torino. The only difference from the 74, was, the 75 had moulding on the bumpers, the 74 had smooth bumpers, and some of the interior touches were different. Your Corgi 272 looks more, true to the original. I like them both, I still watch Starsky & Hutch regularly on El Rey. Love the Starsky car!

Thankyou for the loves and comments. Only in the 70's could you drive around in a bright red car with contrasting white stripe for detective, narcotics etc investigation. Guess you have to be super cool to pull that off. That car would be marked by the baddies by the end of the first day on the road.
