Disney stamp under foot. Is it rare? What is it made of? What is it worth? Located in Finland at the moment. Really do not know much about it other then I bought at a flea market. Maybe from a toyshop once?

It looks to be made of vinyl. And I believe it to be a prop from the Disney Store.
