I need help figuring out what this piece is and the style of art on the tray. I inherited it from my Grandparents.

This is from William Guérin and Company and this stamp was used circa 1900-1932.
I have seen these listed as vanity or dressing table trays and they are generally hand painted.
Very nice! This is a combination of hand painting and transfer printing.
