Measures 23.5x20 in the frame. I am unable to confirm that this is an actual original watercolor. Another rescue. There is a label on the back stating the artist a PADNA, but I have not be able to find anything by that artist. However, the signature top righthand corner does not appear to match the name on label. Label photo to be added at later date.
