I have tried to research this photo and come up blank. I know about Jay Gould's involvement with the Rail Roads but am not sure about his drawings. If anyone knows more about this photo, it would help me. I bought it at a thrift store.

I knew it - just could not find any Disney stuff with his signature on it, and finally gave up. A lady on ARS had a lot of his work (maybe she was his daughter), and I recognized the signature from those drawings.
