Spinach Jade China Foo Dog

Dear all

Can anyone decipher the Chinese script on the base of this Foo Dog, along with the stamp on its left front paw?

I have photographed the figure under different light.

The statue measures 118mm and weighs 38.1 grams.

I acquired this at a local flea market.

Is this a rare piece and authentic from some distant Dynasty or is there a lorry with one thousand of these in the back traveling down the M1?
