Wooden Coca-Cola box and pen, both engraved.

I know little about this box, or the pen inside. I know that I got it from a close family friend when they worked at an advertising agency in Vermont near 2001. I am unsure if this is an authentic Coca-Cola product or not. The box is made of Maple wood, the lining appears to be a felt like fabric, and the pen also appears to be made of Maple wood to match the box. I'd assume the engravings are made with a laser engraving technique.

The dimensions of the box are: 16.8cm(L) x 7.4cm(W) x 3.0cm(H)
The dimensions of the pen are: 14.3cm(L) x 1.1cm(W)[Roughly]
