This is a vintage 80's German Coke advertising done by what looks like to be an Italian artist by the name of Perluci (we think...). Its very cool and abstract. I have never seen anything like this before. It is numbered so its not "one of a kind" BUT, I cannot find ANYTHING else like it online anywhere.
