Looks like a hand painted tile, no clue what type, style etc, do you?

This was found in my a yard. I knew there were these slightly curved cement planter things around the yard and most of them do not have anything on them but while digging and pulling weeds I came across these tiles. The others are just plain green. We think the house was built in the late 1800s, a victorian style house in Los Angeles. So I don't think there would be a fountain from this property. So here it is.

Does anyone know what style, possibly year? Anything?
