I also bought this hand painted green glass vase today. The shape is great. The glass is not reactive to UV light so no uranium content.

It looks like a Victorian Bristol glass vase. In the late 19th century it was produced in whole range of pastel colours and hand decorated with botanical motifs.
Thank you! I am going to mark this as solved. I found a similar form in a different color. Also the painting looks very similar. So this is either a Bristol vase or a reproduction.
