my most sentimental piece of jewelry ever found

Vintage czech brooch.
From the 1920's.
Material is gold toned with glass and unsure of centre stone.

I bought this brooch from my local charity shop for 50p. It was so dirty the only real thing that caught my eye was a single red stone. That was all the colour I could see at the time "my ruby in the rough". I cleaned it up and researched it's origin. All I could find out was that it was made in czech republic around 1920's. I have family in the czech republic that sadly have never met so this brooch has become my reminder that sometimes something's have a way of find you.
