I purchase this at an auction recently. I like to know all the details about the items I collect. I can see that it says USA on the bottom. I wonder if anyone could tell me who made and and when.

What are the three un-glazed spots on the bottom? I noticed this on another ceramic Haeger vase that I own. Are these stilt marks?

Not possible to tell you who made it, as it is only marked with the generic term "USA". Yes, those are stilt marks.

I believe it says Haeger USA
