      Very 1950s/1960s. Both sets look like glass - cold to the touch?

      Can you see any seams anywhere on the red beads? I am wondering if they might be Bakelite rather than just plastic. Plastic has visible seams where it was put into the mold - Bakelite has none.

      I do not see any mold lines, so they might be Bakelite.
