Got this excellent 1880's fish fillet server for cheaps online (being sold as scrap). Made by Gorham in the Versailles pattern. Once I get it buffed and polished it'll look good as new. 10" long and weighs 100grams. Now I gotta track down the serving fork it originally came with.
