Vintage bowl from the 1800's

I wondered if anyone could help me identify this bowl. It was a wedding gift from my great grandparents special day. It has been passed down from daughter to daughter, where it has been carefully sitting in our china cabinets for years. I am not sure of the exact date the wedding was in 1890. Any help would be appreciated.
