    Hello,

Found this bueatiful glass swan at a sale recently. I have tried to research but cannot figure out how to tell if it's a Murano, a Sooner or a imposter. It is orange and blue and about 14 inches long, 11 wide and 10 tall (estimating). We really love the color!

It is "Sooner". Give me a day or so and I'll try to narrow down which company produced it.

Oh, why do something else when I'm right here.
Identifying this Sooner and Ozark art glass is still in its early stages. It's not an exact science yet. Identifying the various swan bowls and vases is based first on the overall shape and narrowed down by the shape of the head. This shape body was apparently used by everyone in the Spiro-Pokola area of Oklahoma except Scott Depot Glass (a dozen or so companies). This shape head was used by Central, Sunset, and Spiro Glass companies, and possibly one or two other smaller companies.
That's about as definite as it gets from the information I have but it is certainly "Sooner".

BTW - The red, white, and blue combination pieces pretty much date the piece to 1976. Nice find.
