Found this at a yard sale and would like to know what it is. It feels like stone, has 6 carved heads on it. It is a brownish color, heavy and rough. Could it be a vase or possibly a burial urn? Any information appreciated.

Would like to know what this might be. If it is old or not and what it might have been used for. It seems to be hand made from some type of brownish stone. It is quite heavy. Has 6 heads around the top.
