This lamp is 34" tall. Not sure age or maker. Antique Asian Japanese Satsuma Lamp beautiful 3D. I believe it's Japanese.

Definitely Japanese Satsuma. That is a very large piece with excellent detail. I love the decorative sides. Hard to tell age as Satsuma is still being produced but if it is that detailed I would say it was older 2oth C.
