Very rare dated metal souvenir paperweight in the shape of a horseshoe. It measures 2-1/4" H x 2" W and is in very good condition. It features the Perisphere and Trylon and is dated 1940 not 1939
This is a rare find. I'm not sure if they made a few extras in 1940 but my Great Aunt got this as a gift from her father in 1940.
I have been unable to find another with the 1940 date anywhere.
