I have an old blue teddy bear that measures 30 centimeters high. Does anyone know who's made this old teddy bear? What's the age of it?

Unfortunately there is no tags at all.
I live in Sweden and I know that a lot of dolls and toys were imported from Germany back in the days. But I haven't been able to find out anything about this Teddy bear so far.
