Scored this at a garage sale about 15 years ago. I've never seen another one like it. On one side of the case it says complements of Sports Illustrated.

The case must be complement of Sports Illustrated - maybe it held something else. That's a real security badge and clearance, not a fake souvenir! Prentis Hale was a local San Francisco Scion!
