Estate item purchased today not sure what this is thought it was a hood ornament found I was wrong maybe Hagenauer sculpture need help

Not at all from a hood ornament, and the base is all wrong also. There were hagenauer ornaments in this style but they had more detailed feet with them. There is no vintage hood ornament here. I have seen a lamp several months ago with a similar figure.
