I believe this to be a "George M Patchen" Weather Vane.
I measures a little more then 40" x 20".
The head is cast bronze, I do not know the body material.
Naturally it is hollow and has the appropriate number of gunshot wounds that were repaired more then 25 years ago.
Can anyone tell me more about this....?
