I recently acquired this Rookwood vase and would like to learn more about it. So far, I've learned that it's from 1930 (XXX), but unable to make out the artist's signature.

Signature is that of Kataro Shirayamadani. One of the most desirable decorators to collectors. Nice find!
Nice piece of Rookwood, it's normally marked so well, like this is, that make it easy to search. With the help from the people on CW, like art.pottery, it can be even easier! :^) What a great site!
Thank you for the feedback! I suspected it was Kataro Shirayamadani, but wasn't sure. It's a beautiful vase, but not sure if I will hang on to it. I really don't want to put it on ebay, but might consider listing it elsewhere. Any suggestions?
