    Just picked this lighter up recently would appreciate any help on name of General.. on other side it has on bottom major general Chung Kyu Han.. is this from a military general of Korea. thank you

      Cool! Yes, Major General Chung Kyu Han, was the commander of the
      White Horse Division. It seems the Korean characters indeed say something like "General Commander White Horse Division" (9th Infantry). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/9th_Infantry_Division_(South_Korea)
