Purchased this at an estate sale. no mark. very heavy - approx. 8lbs. appears to be some type porcelain Bowl measures 11" L x 9" W x 8.5" tall with lid, 4.5" deep on inside bowl. Handles are decorative brown pig heads. Floral pattern is pink , white, and a light jade green color. Would like to know the manufacturer and where it was made. Thought it was lovely and bid and won.
The handles are supposed to be boars heads. Transfer printed. I believe it's a Chinese export item, a version of tureens like these. Not possible name a manufacturer.
