    Thoughtbui…
    (34 items)

Just brought this little guy home with me and don't know much about him. About 24 inches tall ( 18 inch ruler for scale) and I thought there might be a chance someone would recognize that face and those giant ears. It is jointed arms legs and neck and the eyes appear to be plastic. No obvious hunch in its back and I was told it is stuffed with straw. Seems firm to touch and has held up well besides the missing fur

It's a lovely old mohair bear. I'm not an expert though. The eyes would probably have originally been made from glass. Look for signs of a label on the paw pads or around the ears.

Your sweet bear is a American Knickerbocker from the 30s. He would of originally had amber eyes with black pupils.
