Just trying to acquire a little info, they were labeled vintage, but not sure?!?! There was another little piece above the bow, a little rectangular flap, but only on one shoe, so I removed the other. Any help is appreciated

i'd be pretty confident about these beauties being vintage. they have a very 50's look to me, but it never hurts to get a second opinion if anyone else wants to jump in!
