Victorian Peloton glass vase with applied feet

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from two layers of cased glass, clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, yellow, & white. It has a ribbed pattern, an applied footed base in clear glass, & measures 10 cm tall, 4 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & 6.5 cm across the footed base. Possibly Bohemian. An identical item is pictured in Sibylle Jargsdorf's book "Baubles, Buttons & Beads", which looks primarily at Czech/Bohemian made jewellery - but also shows examples of art glass from the same region.
