Antique geisha hand painted on 3 tiles and framed.

I found this in a box in the basement of a wealthy estate. Didn't think much until turned over and saw how old the back looked. The sticker on the bottom right says hand painted. Just wondering age and what the Japanese characters on bottom left say. Any thoughts or ideas are well appreciated!
