I can't recall his name but 60 years ago I saw him almost everyday. He was a comic character I seem to think in the little comic that came inside bubble gum. Bubble gum was two for a penny back then so go figure the year. With that hat, nose and elongated eyes I am sure it is him. I believe it was Bazooka bubble gum he started to appear in. The little comic was called Bazooka Joe and everyone had a hat and the noses came in all shapes and sizes. He was very popular long ago.
