    Made by Brockway Glass. On bottom of bottle is written:
    As sample submitted to Dick Kendal 9-24-71 Hiram Walker Choc Mint. I have not been able to find any Hiram Walker Choc Mint Liquor that used this bottle so I believe it was not put into production.
