Where from?
Design ?
It's another from my grandfather's collection so I know it has some age and I'm almost sure it's brass but not 100%

Silver marks?
I see you said it's brass - looks silver in the photos. No maker marks?
Looks somewhat Egyptian to me.
Egyptian revival I, II, III, or ?? looks 1920s to me, but could be earlier.
