This motion lamp is 26" high from the ground to the finial. The lower section is a regular motion lamp - I'm told it's "Chicago Fire" by Goodman, from the 1950s - with a slightly different base than normal. The odd part is the top fixture which adapts the light into a full-size table lamp. I have never seen one before and I cannot find any references on Google. The switch allows the lamp to be lit with the bottom only, top only, and both at once. Any info appreciated.

So what you think to this might of been a candle motion lamp then some coverted it to a lamp on top...? I've had a few candle holder which were converted....the same way
