Small crystal dish with lid

Picked up this little dish at an estate sale just because it was pretty. Measures 4.5 inches across, 2.5 without lid, 3.75 with lid. It has a nice clear ring to the lid and dish. The bottom of the lid that fits in the bowl is frosted, not plastic. Also, if anyone can suggest how to learn about identifying the patterns I'd appreciate the help.
